Montecristo Montecristo No. 2 Review:
This Montecristo cigar is something to deal with. Those who prefer this brand, find in this particular model all the virtues from the Cuban brand, and those who do not know it yet, find in this stick the power of the best selling brand in the whole world.

Review #147: This is the "camry" of cigars: the top seller, but lacking in refinement yet Good for the average joe. If you graduate, however, this mass-produced commodity pales in comparison to even the H. Upmann #2. But, most people never get past them, which is a shame. A good cigar like the Camry is a good car (for the masses). - Submitted by peprdo on March 26, 2007
Review #146: I do enjoy smoking the No. 2 but it isn't the king of cigars. I'm sorry. But I will agree that this is a good cigar. ...just not the best. I've smoked many No. 2's, and the most recent one I couldn't finish. So I cut it and relit the cigar a few days later. There was no sacrifice to the flavour. It continued on with it's trademark flavours. The only downside to this cigar, in my opinion, is that the flavours aren't as complex and bold as other Habanos. Top marks however. - Submitted by cookj1 on March 15, 2007
Review #145: I started smoking about two years ago. My favourite up to now had been the Trinidad. Then about three months ago I received three boxes of MonteCristo No 2. It just changed my whole perspective on smoking. Trinidad is an excellent habano... but Monte No2 changed the whole rating system for me. - Submitted by Neto on March 13, 2007
Review #144: got some from 2005. what a dissapointment , if it wouldn`t be from my local casa i would have thought it is a fake. the draw was almost to loose for me. i puffed it away in 35-40 min.
only a light tobacco taste nothing else. Aromas ??? what aromas ?? are they realy becoming better with age ?
I had them in my hummi for approx. 6 month i know this is almost nothing but I can`t belive that it will bild up by aging - Submitted by bolibeli on February 16, 2007
Review #143: Although its construction and draw are definetely excellent, I've found its flavour quite simple. Maybe I had too high expectations, but the two I've had were disapointing. By far, I prefer Partagas P nÂș2. - Submitted by peac25 on February 13, 2007
