Review #93: My first one from a 3 pack was terrible.
It was very young, full of green flavours and ammonia. The other 2 cigars stayed untouched for 3 months in the humidor.
My second one was better, and the third cigar was good. With only 3 months of resting..This robusto is light in strength, with beautiful floral and hot chocolate flavours. Is ok,but nothing special for me,i prefer much more the petit robusto. The petit is stronger and more complex - Submitted by nikolaros on March 21, 2007
Review #92: box ago 06 arrived last night from switzerland. Couldnt wait to try so I had a stick this morning with a cup of sumatra. Robustos are my current favorite vitola, recently smoking Cohiba, Monte limitada 06, and PSD4. This Robusto was every bit as good as the cigars I mentioned. The Cohiba and PSD4 were slightly stronger and peppery, while the Monte and Epicure medium bodied. Back to this cigar. Aesthetically nice cigar with colorado wrapper. Cigar seemed slightly thinner at the foot(no big deal). The burn was even throughout with grey ash that dropped after about an inch and half. Cocoa, and Woody, very smooth. I have never had cigars aged for more than a year but now have a stash of about one hundred so hopefully that will change in the future. I would rate this a solid 8.5. I do love Cohibas but when you factor the price, almost double these, I will be smoking these more often. - Submitted by cubanstogie on March 8, 2007
Review #91: Bought a box of these in August and so far have mixed emotions. Have had two that made a very special occasion around autumn camp fires. Have had two that were nothing but strong like a day old ashtray. Could be me? - Submitted by Stone on February 24, 2007
Review #90: I had my first Hoyo last night, and would not agree with Reviewer 86. These babies need humi time. I have to agree with many of the other reviewers that the burning is uneven. I believe after about a month in my humi these will be great. - Submitted by pique212 on February 23, 2007
