Review #199: This is a puzzle cigar for me.Their taste varies significantly depending on how tight their draw is(even from the same box). When draw is good they are great. When on the tight side, not good for me. Good ones smoke, burn, taste and smell great and they are a better cigar than the petit robusto, with which I had similar problems and did not buy for a long time.Dear Cuban friends, you need to invest in QC,QC and QC. - Submitted by pancig on September 27, 2016

Review #198: December 2015 box date. Smoked one straight out of the box. I smoked one of these once before and it started sweet like honey then developed into something less tasty. This was completely different, bit like a Petit Robusto I smoked recently. Not much development but it didn't need it. It was like some intense exquisite spicy perfume. Best cigar Ive ever smoked. - Submitted by TommyTBT on July 17, 2016

Review #197: AUG 14 Perfect cigar with morning coffee. Medium at most, but deliciously sweet and the notes of baking spices go great with coffee. Razor burn, great smoke output, and a nice 1hr 20 mins. One of my favorite Cubans. - Submitted by sharres83 on March 5, 2016

Review #196: JAN 13 While a lot of Cuban cigars seem to be getting evermore approachable whilst young, this is one that I believe still needs 3-5 years to hit its stride. This particular cab has been very forgettable thus far and after the last one I smoked I told myself that I wasn't touching them again until the 3 year mark.Well that day was today and I am thankfully able to say that there has been improvement, albeit only slight. The first third was lovely, aromatic with some nuts,a light creaminess and very floral through the nose.It really did give me that wonderful, mellowed out feeling that you get from smoking a good cigar. In the second third the same flavours intensified with the only addition being that of cloves, again mainly through the nose.Bang on medium body at this point.Unfortunately in the final third the whole thing just shut down.It became hot and bitter very quickly with the only discernible flavour being something akin to chlorine! So it'll be at least another 6 months before I revisit but I do have some hope,at least. It'll be awhile until I would need to purchase more of these anyway as I've another cab from March '14 that'll be waiting another year and I'm stockpiled on BRC,RASS,ERDM CS,BBF and Siglo VI,all of which are smoking like a dream. So it's back to bed for these HdM and I guess I'll see where they are later this year sometime. - Submitted by Vortigan on January 17, 2016

Review #195: Even though I admit to be a beginner I can't share the 4-5 star ratings... In my eyes it's not a round taste... - Submitted by tschok on December 22, 2015
