Review #56: Had a 2000 box of these. Barely smokable - I have had to dump nearly half of them due to terrible construction (a previous reviewer mentioned quality issues from cigars made around this time). It\'s a shame because I can believe they were once a great cigar. I\'ll just have to stick with the barely affordable Cohiba Esplendido for this size cigar. Are the later rolled ones any better? - Submitted by poshjonny on August 13, 2005

Review #55: Smoked a couples from a 2001 box and others from a recent one to get a clear idea, harsh to delicate smoke in both cases, bitter to subtle aromas, try your luck if you wish, I think the production is too unbalanced. Mildly recommended. - Submitted by dee_m on August 1, 2005

Review #54: Bought this Churchill tubos in a box of ten. Normaly a very nice smoke but the one I tried yesterday was disappointing. Nice mild, kind of fruity flavors in the beginning witch became a bid more intensive after the first inch. About 4 inches later I had to relight for two times and than finally gave up’ just smoked a bit more than half of the cigar. Also the smoke became very harsh and extremely bitter. Out of this box it was already the second turning out like this. - Submitted by Helgoland on June 26, 2005

Review #53: Never make a comment, from a single stick. I smoke 2-3 boxes of this; 3-4 stick was inferior quality, but rest of all have superior, one of the best 3 churchills (others, sir winston and saint luis rey) - Submitted by igor on April 19, 2005

Review #52: Just tried a tubo from an 01 box. Lovely wrapper and pre-lit aroma, but draw was so bad I had to ditch it. - Submitted by robinottawa on April 17, 2005
