Review #58: --- 07 Very straightforward flavors of earthy and fruity flavors with a slightly spicy finish. In general I am not a fan of RyJ smokes, bUt this seems to haver different flavor profile that I enjoy. Thick mouthfuls of smoke and great draw on this particular stick. They must be more particular with the wrapper cause they are not nearly as rough in appearance as I remember. - Submitted by fabio on July 28, 2010

Review #57: MAR 05 Excellent cigar. dark and oily. great cocoa and coffe taste. a strong cigar not for the novice. perfect after a good meal or a barbecue. - Submitted by danex on June 7, 2010

Review #56: AUG 08 Not so strong as i expected. Medium strenght. Taste of wood, earth, spice. Little flat profil, aromatic. Tight rolled as worst case. Good burn - Submitted by kml on June 4, 2010

Review #55: ---   Had this few nights ago after work. Dark and toothy with plenty of spice. Earthy flavours with coffee and mocha and slightly steely, lingering aftertaste. Prickly smoke and tannic towards the end. Most distinct recollection is the nicotine kick right from the start! Kept me wide awake right into the night. This is as close as one would get to a R&J on steroids. - Submitted by sengjc on January 25, 2010

Review #54: Bought a box on a hunch, attracted by the oily, dark and beautifully finished wrapper. Along with the Bolivar Gold Wrapper, a rustic puro of the old school, pungent and earthy with a slightly sweet and salty tang as the untouched cigar touches your lips. A rowdy smoke, something of a country cousin to a finer Lonsdale. Not as complex as the Bolivar but definitely less harsh. The sort of cigar you'd want to pack along with a can of beans and a side of pork. I am very happy with it. - Submitted by Farsta on April 22, 2009
