Review #29: This is one of the 1st Cubans that I purchased by the box. I have purchased a box or more of these every year sine 1998 and have never been dissapointed. A great medium bodied cigar suitable for anytime and anywhere. - Submitted by jt on February 4, 2006

Review #28: A good cigar! Excellent flavor. Nothing supurb, just a damn good smoke. GKI FEB 04 - Submitted by DDP on December 19, 2005

Review #27: It's a very Montecristo sigar, strong and dark. but I prefer number 4. - Submitted by andreadp on August 25, 2005

Review #26: Further to my review #24, had another of these coronas from the 'dor at a dinner recently. Six months sleeping has tempered this little gem and straightened out the burn troubles I had before. The stick looked typically Monte with its characteristic coloured wrapper and unlit was typically spicy and full of promise. Once lit she burned easy and drew well with a quite powerful bouqet and flavourful smoke. Halfway in I finally understood what all the fuss was about with these when I began to get a wonderfully complex white pepper and cedar hit on the pallete coupled with what I have heard others call the Cuban "twang". After having had a LOT of dominicans and hondurans lately, this particular taste, missing from other non-cubanos, stood this Monte apart from the rest. To date, this one stick is the best Monte I have had. - Submitted by Uncle on August 22, 2005

Review #25: A great cigar to experience cuban flavours. Earthyto start, with pepper and leather when it heats, mild bitter cocoa and spice at its end, the No. 3 is a great habano. The only mistake is to smoke them young. - Submitted by Heman Steve on August 15, 2005
