Review #25: Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is a cigar that you can enjoy with your morning coffee, or with a nice glass of chilled tea in the afternoon. A real premium cigar, with a veinless wrapper, smooth, even. Burn is easy, tastes are very complex and pleasing. Starts with nice floral smells, giving way to cocoa, vanilla and dark caccao powder. Money, and time well spent. A very fullfilling experience. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on July 10, 2005
Review #24: Because I’ve already smoked the Robusto Extra and the Coloniales (IMHO the best), my expectations of the Reyes were very high … too high. Don’t get me wrong, the Reyes is a good cigar. It’s just not as good as the other two. It’s appearance is obviously that of a premium cigar: a flawless, silky smooth wrapper, wonderful band and of course the pigtail cap. The draw offered some resistance, just the way I like it. The burn was a little uneven and I had to correct it several times. It’s taste is subtle, mainly woody and floral. It did tend to get a little harsh a couple of times, but that also disappeared each time. The Reyes delivered what could be expected from this cigar (my expectations were unfair). I surely will have it again. - Submitted by Bolivar on July 8, 2005
