Review #22: Over the last years i smoked a couple of these and i'll keep coming back to them for the quality they represent and the unusual size format. It starts out quite mellow and builds up to medium strong. It has some nice nutty and earthy flavours. They are packed with tabacco but still draw extremly well. Review #21: The first full box of Cuban cigars I ever bought, back in '98, were these, and no matter how lacking in knowledge at the time, I sure loved the taste of these. I've been smoking them since then, and now that 9 years have passed, I have learned so much about habanos and have amassed a collection of over 4500 sticks of Cubans alone, I still like them as much, and in the same way I did back in '98. From the milk chocolate flawless wrappers (as well as notes) to the smooth floral tones and perfect (to me) bean notes, this is a very good cigar. Plus, the completely unique size is quite perfect, well, this is the only "new" Cuban brand that I love each of the four original vitolas as well, and they manage to be unique in their own way. For instance, the El Morro, the ring gauge of a double coe and the length of a churchill, just shows that however comforting tradition is, and Cuban cigars are the epitome of tradition, this brand shows that a little change every once in a while can be a pretty good thing. I would recommend these cigars to beginners as well as the aficianado, unless the somewhat mild flavor would not appeal. - Submitted by dlctwice on December 3, 2006
Review #20:  This has become one of my absolute favorites. Tried a box by recommendation of my suplier and found them to be superb. Rich, complex and just a great size. Review #19: I've had a few San Cristobal's before and have found them nice while smoking but with a lingering after-taste that gets a bit much and this is no exception.
Removing the band caused the wrapper to unwrap which was also a little disappointing for a cigar of this price.

Review #18: I Just had 1 of these the other night.It had a nice chocolate brown wrapper with tiny veins.This was a good cigar,but it just wasn't for me.It started very mild and flat,then after the halfway point it became very strong.I had a hella buzz when this was done.This could be due to the fact that I smoke only 2 or 3 cigars a week.Had the typical Cuban twang with a sweet floral,nutty charter along with some creaminess and light spice.I may give this one another chance sometime down the road. - Submitted by afuentelover on May 10, 2006
