Review #12: I simply love the El Principe and was hoping the La Fuerza would have the same effect on me. However, after smoking several cigars, I came up with the conclusion that it is a very well constructed cigar, with even, easy burn, offering ample amounts of smoke. The taste however was defenitely, light, flat. the typical floral taste of SAn Cristobal is there, but it seems rather flat. After smoking it, you have the feeling you were waiting for something that was not delivered. Hints of nuts, burned sugar, little wood and green pepper. Nothing special I am afraid. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on April 27, 2005
Review #11: This is by far the best of the habanos specialty. It is good and tasty up to the final stub, and I mean it. While other habanos are dead on tasted (too strong) at the final 3rd this one keeps going on and on. Its veins are shot and very firm, it tend to be sweetish, mild, and at the end spicy. The aroma is the best of the best, trust me. Light one up and you'll never abandon this brand. Buy one and make sure your palate is up to the job (jamon serrano and olive oil before tasting it really prepares your palate for it) and enjoy the smoke of the Kings. I am in love with this brand and it has never let me down. Enjoy. - Submitted by Alfredo on December 13, 2004
Review #10: Estrella has it right, I'm afraid. After hearing so much about this stick, I bought a few from a well-known shop in London. Very pleasant, if light, tobacco flavor and good construction. Flavor was not at all "rich," however. It's hard to describe, but this stick just kind of left me hanging - i.e., waiting until the end for something great to develop. If you're a Bolivar or Ramon Allones fan, you'll know exactly what I mean. - Submitted by Snuka on November 28, 2004
Review #9: Just received 2 more boxes from the Grand Caymans code EAR JAN 02, not the same as the other boxes from 01 production. wrappers are lighter in color, cigars are rolled tighter than a brick, however the draw is just fine.
They definatly need some xtra time in the box, the classic san cristo aromas and flavors are just not right. Close to the original 01 - Submitted by BIGYESTA on November 24, 2004
