Review #18: I Just had 1 of these the other night. It had a nice chocolate brown wrapper with tiny veins. This was a good cigar, but it just wasn't for me.It started very mild and flat, then after the halfway point it became very strong.I had a hella buzz when this was done. This could be due to the fact that I smoke only 2 or 3 cigars a week.Had the typical Cuban twang with a sweet floral, nutty charter along with some creaminess and light spice.I may give this one another chance sometime down the road. - Submitted by afuentelover on May 10, 2006

Review #17: My first encounter with the San Cristobal brand.I bought a box of 25 and am mightily relieved to report that the cigars are superb! Very well constructed with a lovely sheen to the attractive dark wrapper. A slow steady burn, revealing smooth rich coffee notes, with a hint of earthy nuttiness. Strength wise they fall most agreeably between a Montecristo and Cohiba. The Cigar has a terrific draw and smokes beautifully over an Hour and a quarter! Do not hesitate to try these. Highly recommended! - Submitted by Pompous Max on May 6, 2006

Review #16: Right after I purchased-but before I received and smoked one, I had regret. I read some poor reviews and thought my money would have been better spent on a more lauded cigar. I have had three samples. Presentation is excellent. (I have noticed the newer brands have dress boxes that glitter with gold foil and whatnot.) The wrappers are warm milk chocolate in hue. It's an attractive cigar. It smelled of sweet wood and damp soil with a fresh flowers. The feel is substantial; it has a good response to a firm squeeze. The draw has good resistance. It is medium in flavor and medium in strengh. It would be good, following a light pasta dish-creme sauce based dishes. It pairs fairly with port wine. Strong coffee could overpower this cigar. I believe my opinion will improve with time and experience. I do not regret buying the La Fuerza. - Submitted by HUC on April 27, 2006

Review #15: I pulled this test cigar out tonight to enjoy while I review the cigar boards and enjoy a little quiet time on a Friday evening. The cigar is nicely constructed, the overall wrapper was deep mocha brown. The pre-draw gave hints of the flavors yet to come and my suspensions were yet again reconfirmed for me. My lips tasted a slight yet undeniable taste of rich molasses. The very distinctive and unique tobacco flavors of the San Cristóbal del La Habana La Fuerza greeted my mouth! As the cigar developed, I found the it was at times floral and other times rich with a earthiness and the woodiness was omni present. Toward the mid point, the deep and rich sweetness of the molasses became even more pronounced. The cigar was medium bodied with very rich flavors. It has been over a year since I have smoked one of these, and I simply do not know why I have not picked up any of these for my rotation! They are a wonderful tasting cigar! Creamy, mocha type flavors, rich sweet molasses, heavy coffee notes, earthy and a touch of cooking spice mixed with a light floral background. Absolutely delightful cigar! Nice subtle complexity with rich flavors.I would rate this cigar a 5 out of 6 smoke rings, A excellent cigar that one really needs to try and I would keep these for normal rotation in my humidor! - Submitted by Tampa1257 on February 25, 2006

Review #14: A good looking cigar to behold-nice dark wrapper. Flavor is smooth and creamy, but lacks in complexity. Draw is slightly loose. Overall though a pretty decent smoke. - Submitted by mick on December 7, 2005
