Review #21: I would have to say this is a great cigar Overall. The burn is well balanced and no runs occur, however the people who write the negative reviews on this must have bought fakes because I just got back from Cuba and bought these direct from my hotel. - Submitted by Beach on December 10, 2004
Review #20: My favourite "treat" cigar: spice, salt and old leather in a nice mouthful of smoke. Of the many No 3's, 4's and tubos I have smoked, only one has been plugged (a Tubo) so, like review 19, I'm not sure what the others have had. Not cheap, but I've tried many others and none compare. - Submitted by skatellite on November 13, 2004
Review #19: i don't know what you all are smokin', but my entire box has been perfect except for 1 badly rolled cigar. perfect draw, perfect montecristo taste... mine have been awesome, bigger/better versions of the #4. - Submitted by IHT on November 1, 2004
Review #18: When first purchased, it had an acidic bite so severe that it was actually painful to smoke. A few months in the humidor took the fire out, revealing a competent but surprisingly bland and uninteresting medium-strength smoke. Perhaps further ageing would have allowed this cigar to develop and ultimately prove itself someday- but if there was any latent potential for greatness, I couldn't see it. - Submitted by Kopeck Freiherr Von Balk on October 30, 2004
Review #17: Horrible. Awful. Have tried some and everyone has been so blocked that It's really hard to get any smoke. One had one or two good centimeters in around half of the cigar but then blocked again.
Most of them also had really uneven burn.
I have tried to keep them in different RH, 65%, 70%, 75%. It does not matter, always the same .
I must have really bad luck with these. - Submitted by jka on October 21, 2004
