H. Upmann Monarcas Review:

Same taste as H. Upmann Sir Winston. This is a cigar of exceptional quality. As it is from H. Upmann, the tobacco taste is strong and the materials used are first class. That strong tobacco taste is greatly balanced with herbal flavours. As time passes by, this cigar gets better and better.

Review #33: SEP 01 the best churchill is not the monarcas or even the sir winston. it is not a complex cigar, too little taste. it is not bad, but this is not what i expect in a cuban.no offense - Submitted by Yilmaz on May 14, 2009

Review #32: Tried one, was utterly and completely plugged. Tried massaging it, but the wrapper immediately cracked and suddenly, the wrapper completely came off, leaving the filler of the cigar in my hand! Never seen that happen before. I could only smoke half of the first third. Shame, because the taste seemed to be really good.... - Submitted by Kangaroo495 on May 12, 2009

Review #31: I' got a 00 box of these, but there is a question. The ring label on the cigar is colorful one, like the one M50, different to the brown ring label for old H. Upmann in my memory. Is there something wrong of this box? who can tell me, thx - Submitted by jeddit on May 8, 2009

Review #30: --- 01 Smoked a 2001 today - I forget the month. It was good but not great in both costruction and flavor. A little tightly rolled, but I still got a decent amount of smoke out of it. The flavor was typical Upmann complex spice and sweetness. It was a very rich, full bodied smoke at this age. Just not a flavor profile that I particularly care for. Giving it an 8+. Without the tight draw, probably would be a 9. - Submitted by Goldenberg on April 20, 2009
