Review #143: MAY 05 This has been my favorite cigar for a few years now. Once aged and smoked in the right environment (I've smoked many of these in slightly humid, warm East African evening weather) it's great. Always very good construction with a consistent and even burn - the cigar has is a mild-medium strength with a wonderful taste. It evolves from a mellow "cuban start" through a range of sweet almost herbal flavours with the usual leathery cocoa notes throughout. - Submitted by tkbarbarian on May 20, 2009

Review #142: MAY 06 Mello, rich creamy flavors but half of them have been rolled too tight to get into them. The ones that have not been rolled too tight are a pleasure. My box sits at at 69 to 70%RH. - Submitted by falcodoug on May 19, 2009

Review #141: nice appearance but too subtle taste. - Submitted by Yilmaz on May 14, 2009

Review #140: After smoking and comparing 3 different C.Gorda cigars (COHIBA S6) (Juan lopez S1) (H.Upmann 46).I proudly present to you my winner. It was the H.Upmann 46!!.Bravo. I believe this to be one of the finest Corona Gordas produced. There is nothing about the cigar which is other than delicious. It has a deep Colorado shade, is silky to the touch, and shows early oil.Rich, ambered, and woody spices, are the signature of this cigar. Discreet hints of powdery cocoa delightfully persist, from the first draw to the powerful, but all too soon, pleasant, finish. There is no need to smoke this cigar outdoors since it presents an agreeable aroma, neither harsh nor pungent. - Submitted by jimmy81 on April 13, 2009

Review #139: This is my favorite Upmann with most recent examples having an attractive ruddy wrapper. Expect a diverse array of flavors common to fine habanos--earth, spice, leather, and cocoa are prominent. Aged examples display beans and chestnut-like flavors that I particularly enjoy. Construction is always superlative and the cigar is great before or after a meal. - Submitted by jfury76 on March 21, 2009
