Review #192: NOV 08 I've had the last from a 10 year old box of these lying in the bottom of my humidor for 8 of those years so decided I shouldn't leave it there much longer. I'm glad I did as it was beautifully well aged but had just about started it's decline and probably peaked a couple of years ago. These hadn't been from a great batch originally - they were thoroughly average Mag 46s, fairly enjoyable but with a little grubbiness especially in the last third. This last one had now become mild-medium and a completely smooth, delicate and complex cigar. Though starting very mild it still had a slightly heady background to the flavour. Slightly sweet, creamy citrus and delicate woods, developing floral notes, subtle exotic spices and occasional coffee coming through in that creaminess. The second half became more medium bodied with some additional macadamia and almond. It still didn't quite burn cool to the fingertips but it came close. The only downside for me with this was it had just a faint hollowness to the flavours. Simply, this particular example, having been rolled from not a great harvest in the first place, had just been aged a little too long. Still a 93/94 point cigar for me, but the best long-aged cigars I've smoked have still retained a more rounded richness of flavour despite mellowing and becoming more subtle. - Submitted by A. Review #191: MAY 06 This is my favorite everyday smoke. Love the sweetness. Very consistent from 2004 to 2016. - Submitted by nightdiver on January 15, 2019

Review #190: APR 13 Fantastic smoke. Little brother of Sir Winston. Cedar, nuts, wood, and tobacco. Very well balanced. Age make huge difference. - Submitted by Cubano-1 on August 5, 2017

Review #189: ---   MEB Oct 15 on my tenth stick into this box this summer, flavor wise they are pretty good. Licorice and chocolate in a pleasant mild to medium bodied formula. Construction has been mediocre; I have yet to see a razor sharp burn line on any of them. Then again, they have been available at just about 200 usd a box. You get what you pay for! Hit and miss, including a dud or two already. I'm trying to get a cab of 50, which were supposedly discontinued in 2012, see if I can get the legendary experience that I've read about. - Submitted by KimweeKim on July 21, 2017

Review #188: SEP 14 Got a box two months ago. Put it in a humidor for 40 days, what can i say? Full potential, perfect aroma, perfect draw, continuously changing flavors. I don't think there is much more you would ask from a cigar - Submitted by strafoti on March 7, 2017
