Review #265: ---   This Cuban Montecristo No. 4 cigar was purchased at Chatham House in Bermuda for $15.80 BMD. This cigar had the 'old' colored band and was slightly 'box pressed'. The medium strength, draw, burn, ash and flavor were typical of a 'Montecristo' for 60 minutes. The first third was not noticeably spicy but increased through the remaining 2/3rds. A Cuban Montecristo No. 4 is the same size as a Romeo y Julieta Petit Corona or RyJ Mille Fleurs. Overall, this No. 4 would compare closely with a RyJ Mille Fleurs that I have reviewed. I purchased an assortment of Cuban cigars in Bermuda, Gibraltar and Barcelona on a trans-Atlantic cruise in April 2016. I do not know if it is the duty, taxes or unique-chic location but the prices at Chatham House were significantly higher than those of Stagnetto Ltd. in Gibraltar or the El Corte Inglés store at Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona. A Montecristo No. 4 Petit Tubo was purchased in Gibraltar cost 5.90 GPB. - Submitted by Douglas B on April 30, 2017

Review #264: ---   Purchased in 2006 for 5.40 Euro in Segovia España, this Cuban Montecristo No. 4 Petit Tubo cigar was put aside and forgotten for 10+ years in a Montecristo Tubo. Since found and in a humidor for 5 months it was time to smoke it. For comparison, in the morning, I smoked a Montecristo No. 3 made in the Dominican Republic and in the afternoon this Cuban made No. 4. The Cuban cigar had a lighter caramel color wrapper and caramel color label saying Habana. It is not readily apparent but the Dominican is a 44 ring size while a Cuban is 42. Both cigars were "punched" rather than cut. The Cuban Montecristo No. 4 was medium strength with good ash/burn and a consistent spicy flavor for 60 minutes. Notable, was not a slightly rounded cap end, but rather a pronounced flat end cap. Overall the strength and flavor of the Cuban and Dominican Monte's were comparable. The other Cuban cigars that I have tried, Bolivar No. 1 Tubos and Punch Coronations Tubos, had a deeper-richer-bolder longer lasting woody/earthy flavor. - Submitted by Douglas B on April 9, 2017

Review #263: ---   Dark wrapper. Looks good. No visual flaws. On lighting up, immediate issue as draw was too tight and smoke output was therefore limited. Coffee and cocoa tastes in the first third. Mild flavour which only approached medium in the final third. Intriguing cigar and kept going to the final inch and a half. Really would like to taste this without the tight draw as it had real potential. Had with a porter and a Leffe Bruine. Good accompaniment. - Submitted by Rustyman on January 15, 2017

Review #262: ---   Dear Joaozinho30 - very much agree with your evaluation of this cigar. For some reason it still is the most sold cuban cigar in the world. Please reach me by mrmcgoo_2000@yahoo.com if you want to share some boxes of CasaHavaneza, in Portugal (also a great fan of RyJ). - Submitted by Heinrich on January 12, 2017

Review #261: OCT 14 Delicious thick smoke, very good constrution, excelent draw, earthy and coffee flavours. A good one hour smoke. - Submitted by joaozinho30 on January 10, 2017
