SEP 04 Found a box of these in duty free at Heathrow from 2004. Excellent appearance and full of flavour right from the off. Perfect draw - just a little resistance. Leather, earth and a touch of chocolate in the final stages made this an excellent smoke. - Submitted by BigAl75 on December 1, 2008

The one that started my love affair with cubans. Was given one of these a few years ago and never looked back. Unfortunately, the first box I ever purchased was wet so it was not very good. Very delicate cigar so storage and handling must be top notch. Should be kept in cedar so take them out of the dress box and take care of them. Creamy, mild cocoa, long wonderful finish. I smoked the first cigar from a pack of five. At this point I don't see what the big deal is. The smoke seemed very one dimensional to me. I only got earthy flavors from it. The smoke could have been affected by any number of things. Perhaps the stick I smoked was a little off, perhaps some other flavors from other smokes in the humidor were married together. Not the best smoke, not the worst smoke. I will smoke the others and then decide whether or not to make these a staple in my humidor. - Submitted by devil666 on November 3, 2008

NOV 07 I tried this cigar out of a packet of 5, and it was great. Easy draw, and very very sweet taste particularly to the end. Also tasted very earthy like biting on dry soil, which was quite pleasant. I would strongly recommend you buy this in a wooden box, or separately from a cigar merchant, as ones that come from packets, are dry and tight, having a terrible draw; they don't do the great cigar justice. All the great flavours of the cigar are diminished by the dry plastic packaging, and you will only get maybe 1 out of 5 good ones in a packet. - Submitted by punchline on November 3, 2008
