Review #80: Tried this on a flyer; 2001 box. Excellent appearance and lit well; draw was outstanding for a double corona. The first quarter was smooth as expected from a Hoyo, with earthy flavors. Burn was consistent and even, with a nice gray ash. As the cigar transitioned to the middle quarters, the mellow earthy taste gave way to woody flavors, with the first hints of a spicy undertaste. The smoke was light, and even, with the burn slowing considerably. As the cigar transitioned into a spicier phase, the aroma became even more pleasing. The cigar showed more body than I expected, and while the burn became slightly uneven, it was not enough to be an issue. The final quarter of the cigar was a more intense flavor than I expected of any Hoyo, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless. - Submitted by WilllSample on August 15, 2008

Review #79: I bought abox of them on my way from a business trip (Kuala Lumpa Airport). I have had 3 so far: 1st one tight tight tight! 2nd one not as tight but very one dimentional 3rd same as the 2nd... reading everyones review here is making doubt if I have purchased fake ones (which i doubt as i bought them duty free!) I prefer Vegas Robina DA any given day. I am not sure if there is something i'm missing or do I need to at least leave them in my humi for couple of years for them to get better. - Submitted by maalouly on July 21, 2008

Review #78: SEP 02 nice medium smooth cigar...enjoy this one on the golf course or in a relaxing moment..great afternoon smoke..not as strong as a Lusi but a great smoke in its own right - Submitted by sause2112 on June 21, 2008

Review #76: Just had my first one last night. It is a 10 year old and it looks well aged with a oily wrapper. Although I am new but quite comfortable with the setting. It has got good drop not too loose like epicure 2. The first third is a good reminder that this is not going to be a light cigar so need to treat it with respect. It also give me a good introduction and preview of Hoyo's profile. When first third is ending, I can feel that he shows me the regular floral smoke of like epicure 2 and the smoke goes well and complex when it goes into and till the near last of the second third. The final third is a leathering but not too hard on my taste bud. I end it like a good love story with a sad ending but I can only part the last with with tears and in my heart I am crying out. BRAVO ! - Submitted by g00degg on May 11, 2008
