Review #17: This is always in my regular rotation of cigars. I do find that there is often quite a difference between the dress box and cabinet versions of this cigar. In my opinion the cabinets are superior. I find them to consistently draw better, perhaps due to their rounder shape. But I also find them to have more strength and spice than the dress box. I also prefer them with darker wrappers when possible. A wonderful classic that must be tried to appreciate. - Submitted by CoolBurn on August 12, 2004

Review #16: This is my go to cigar to never be let down. Always delivers what I need. Especially good to grab one to erase the memory of a dissappointing smoke. - Submitted by Chris O on July 19, 2004

Review #15: Estrella said: "This cigar must be in the top five list of any serious habano smoker". I agree completely, although I have tried perhaps only 15 or so vitolas. This is denser and deeper than the Montecristo No. 2. A bold, strong full-bodied cigar that remains smooth. Great after a good steak with red wine or maybe bourbon. - Submitted by D. Review #14: I was so very excited to smoke this one. I lit it and got the usual preliminary blandness that all cigar carry for me. I expected it to go away, but with 1/3 of the cigar done, it was still very bland. Then it kicked in some spiciness, but barely noticeable with that same blandness. The last 3rd was still bland and too hot to smoke comfortably. The main issue with this cigar is the volume of smoke.. the smoke was very thin and light, with a tight draw. Not my cigar I guess. - Submitted by Matt Risi on May 11, 2004

Review #13: Wonderfully smooth smoke, and silky wrapper. Half way though my first box of these, and aside from two being close to plugged, they have been as close to perfect as any cigar I've smoked. Slow even burn, plenty of smoke, medium so full bodied, and stays lit. - Submitted by Todd on May 5, 2004
