Review #13: jul06 box.flavors really starting to come out now(jan.07).Medium bodied smoke with a full draw/flavor. I pick up on chocolate, cedar, and spice with a pinch of sweetness to it.In the last 1/4 the spice kicks up to finish close to full bodied.GOOD,but nothing really special.worth a try. - Submitted by jeht2000 on January 20, 2007
Review #12: Since I like the RA gigantes and special selected I bought this cigar out of curiocity,I must admit that i was surprized with is character, full RA taste in a petit version, very good draw with floral aroma and woody undertones,a very easy and pleasant cigar for the morning. - Submitted by giorgos on October 23, 2006
Review #11: Reponding to Review # 9, these are actually very simmilar in taste to MC # 4's- the wrapper just a tad darker. Just shorter is all.... These were from a Dec 05 box, which had been very tightly compressed - "box pressed", if you will. The first one I smoked was so tightly packed that the whole cigar expanded on being left in my humidor for a few hours, leading to a wrapper catastrophe - it couldn't take the pressure and ripped right down the length of the cigar. Fortunately the binder was made of sterner stuff and held! Just enough to get a good feel for this little gem; leather, cedar and coffee - in short, a strong and uncomplicated Habana flavour - just like a young MC#4. Granted it looked horrid, but fair play to it, it held together and smoked it right down to the nub without a single draw issue. IMO it needs longer in the humidor, but I have 24 of 'em left to check this out! Not the best of the Minutos, but one I will certainly come back to with great anticipation and definitely buy more of. Wonderful little cigar for the price - shame about the packing....... - Submitted by XBO on May 17, 2006
Review #10: Now this is one GREAT little Habanos! I have several boxes of these minutos in my humidor at all times because they are that amazingly good. The latest box code is GKI DIC03 and they are sweet and rich and taste much like a small RA Gigantes. I cannot believe that some earlier reviewers gave the RASCC such low marks. - Submitted by Monkeyboy on May 11, 2005
Review #9: These are certainly not short Monte #4s! Far deeper and more well-balanced, sharing these characteristics with the RA Cab Coronas. Starts creamy and toffee-sweet, progressing to a darker cocoa-type richness. Final third presents earth and a pleasant bittersweet finish. Excellent even when extremely young. - Submitted by The Privateer on May 6, 2005
