Review #23: excellent construction, gobs of smoke. smooth, some dry pepper flavors, followed by some woody notes. creamy from time to time, and earthy too. i tell ya, this cigar was excellent. i've had a few from a '98 cab, and all have been excellent in every regard. - Submitted by IHT on December 9, 2004

Review #22: Tightly rolled and wouldn't stay lit. A bland profile with no complexity despite two years in the humidor. Probably one of the worst Cigars I've smoked this year. - Submitted by nivel acuso on December 4, 2004

Review #21: Year 2000 box purchased at Casa Del Habano in Varadero. Almost every cigar suffered from serious construction defects, namely going out every few minutes throughout the entire smoke. Neither ageing nor varying their humidification ameliorated the problem. This was a real shame in light of the absolute top-notch quality of the tobacco used to roll them, which featured a sumptuous toasty/coffee taste profile reminiscent of the best Nicaraguans (and which could stand as many as 10 (!) relights without turning acrid). I would counsel approaching other boxes manufactured during the same time-frame with extreme caution. - Submitted by Kopeck Freiherr Von Balk on December 4, 2004

Review #20: beautiful construction from one out of a 98 cab. perfect draw and burn. flavors were terrific, going from a nutty earthy flavor with a very sweet aroma, to a dry pepper, then there's that woody flavor on the finish that i'm really starting to dig. super smooth, tons of smoke... started getting creamy at the halfway mark, then back to the pepper/earth/woody flavors. great cigar, i might have to invest in some more. - Submitted by IHT on December 3, 2004

Review #19: Absolutely gorgeous - Dont know why people are not liking them. I bought one while on vacation in Budapest and it was one of the best cigars I have ever had hands down. This cigar burned perfect with a smooth/creamy/cocoa/ all the way to the nub, didnt want to put it out. - Submitted by Erick Cormier on November 20, 2004Submitted by Erick Cormier on November 20, 2004
