Review #42: one of the best, if not the best everday cigar I've smoked - Submitted by l rosia on March 9, 2005
Review #41: A beautiful cigar - filled with a deep chocolate aroma and earthy flavors. Far bigger and more enjoyable than either the punch double corona or the Hoya del Monterrey corona. Love them.... - Submitted by cigarsmokerwinelover on February 21, 2005
Review #40: I'm partial to the shape and thus you should consider that in interpreting my review. this cigar is an excellent compliment to any humidor. it is certainly an excellent "staple cigar" in the sense that you will invariably always find yourself in the mood to have one, something that can not be said of many cigars even if they are also of exceptional quality. the edition i'm currently smoking are tagged "gerard" as the bolivar factory produced these for gerard pere et fils in geneva. i have never had any draw issues nor any burn issues with these cigars. the smoke tends to be medium to slightly thick in consistency. flavours are rich but never overwhelm the seasoned smokers palette. all-round, a lovely cigar. - Submitted by Jay K on February 17, 2005
Review #39: I sampled an 04 stick, June I believe from the Partagas Factory.
The Bolivar Belicosos Finos for me is a well behaved smoke that exhibits no rough edges. It's like eating a fudgesicle. Smooth smoke that can be tasted with both mouth and nasal passages without fear of any scorching. I love these things, or could you tell. I wouldn't say it's a complex smoke but boy is it smooth. Recommended. - Submitted by spr on February 15, 2005
Review #38: well im smoking all the stuff since 14th year of my life.. and now iv got all gray hair. so late in my life iv come to smoke bolivar belicosos the first time and belive me i can pay them more for these cigars than they ask. the cigar starts with a very strict shot and remains the same rather gets more rich with time. the delicacy with which it is made makes it burn at a very balance rate and the burn line doesnt get any undue angles.
it is worth smoking but not on regular basis..not atleast for me. it best combines with stakes and red wine and during the meal smokes.. - Submitted by sohail qadri on February 14, 2005
