Review #157: ---   Box date unknown.Remarkable construction, dark and oily wrapper. Pre-light aroma was stunning. Cocoa, spice, dried raisin. Draw was a little restricted, more than usual yet didnt take too much away from the overall experience. Smoking this powerhouse seemed like forever where 45 minutes left an ash equivalent of a 15 minute smoke on any other cigar. Full bodied without a trace of harshness, complex throughout all three thirds. Hints of dried fruit and subtle sweetness mixed with spice and peppery notes. A whopping amount of smoke on the palate. It seemed almost overfilled and went out 3 times. Fantastic cigar, going to purchase a box for sure! - Submitted by percussio on September 24, 2009

Review #156: --- 04 I just recieved a 2004 cabinet of these after smoking a magnificent one a while ago. The cigar was a little too humid, so I dry-boxed it for a day, but unfortunately it didn't help this particular puro. It was very dark and inviting, but the burn was stubborn and the taste tannic. It remained a simple rough earthy flavor with some strength the whole smoke, and became bitter half-way through. Not the Bolivar flavor I remember. Every box has its duds. - Submitted by Snake Hips on September 13, 2009

Review #154: NOV 07 The best of the best. So good I bought 5 boxes. - Submitted by neuticles on August 18, 2009

Review #153: This cigar was definately one of the best Cubans I've had this far. I would say its more of a medium in body, but at no time did I get any dry burning taste. I had it first thing in the morning and it went lovely with a coffee. I could definately get through a full box of these. The only thing letting this cigar down was the construction. Part of the wrapper was just plain not there... about 1cm / 5cm... and it wasn't from being broken or anything it just plain was missing! I could see the binder etc. As such I'd rate it about mid 80's if not a 90. - Submitted by otomix on August 5, 2009
