Review #47: APR 06 A pretty torpedo although possibly somewhat underfilled or unevenly constructed. Began sweet, smooth, and with lots of smoke. Became more vegetal in the second third, and a little peppery into the last third. A bit hot and ashy towards the end, owing to construction. I'd happily buy a box of these however the price is not significantly less than some of the legendary alternatives. - Submitted by john_larwood on August 24, 2009

Review #46: MAY 02 Delicious cigar that leaves a sweet buttery peanut brittle flavor in my mouth. Besides the roasted nuts and coffee flavors the buttery flavor is addictive. EAR MAY02 - Submitted by Richard Rose on July 6, 2009

Review #45: APR 02 Managed to sit in the garden for an hour with a gin and a good book and puffed my way through this La Punta. The wrapper was well constructed with heavily veined leaves but the foot was unravelling a little. This had no effect on the lighting and burn of the cigar which was entirely problem-free. After the initial few puffs, (which I find harsh with any cigar), it settled into a nice toasty/grassy flavour, with a hint of cherry in there too. There was plenty of lovely smoke but I was a bit disappointed that the cigar did not develop in flavour as it continued. It was a consistently good and enjoyable cigar and one that, I think, could be reliable, but it fell short of the top rank for me. - Submitted by moidoid on July 6, 2009

- Submitted by cipu on March 3, 2009

Review #43: JUL 01 This cigar will take you on a joyride from the begining to the end, just be patient and take as it comes at the begining.... smooth or medium strong it is up to you how powerful you want it to be depending how you smoke it, you are in control. Definetly a great Habano. Fantastic flavours... - Submitted by dexpat on August 16, 2008
