Review #21: ---   Just bought a five pack of these, as it's turned a bit cold here in England and I was after a decent 20 minute smoke. I must say I'm very impressed, it has that Romeo taste and I can only marvel at how they managed this with such a small cigar. Lovely smell, lots of smoke, nice draw, I'll be very interested to see how they improve in the humidor. I think I just found the perfect short smoke. - Submitted by lestabantam on November 3, 2010

Review #17: --- 07 These Petits have a typical Romeo y Julieta flavour, plenty of wood and leather, a little bit floral and maybe a hint of sweetness. The advantage (or weakness, depending on your taste) of the small format is to concentrate these flavours into a somewhat medium-bodied smoke, slightly harsh straight out of the box, but a year or twos rest smooths this out a little. I see that many have commented on the tight draw; this is a feature of the tightly rolled entreacto/demi-tasse format, without it a cigar this size would be little more than a tongue-singeing Club cigarillo that lasts 10mn max. A solution to this is to dry them out a bit before you smoke them - leaving the ones i was going to smoke in a dry (60% or less) environment for a few days made for a huge difference (of course won't help with the totally plugged ones). I've found that these petits go well with port or a pinot - similar flavour profile - and all in all they do the job for a quicky without really ever enchanting me. The last third is still quite harsh after a couple of years of aging. Ultimately HdM and ERdM have entreactos that go better with morning coffee - which is my preferred time for a small cigar - and so will prob not return to these. Decent cigars though - a solid B. - Submitted by frenchkiwi on June 11, 2009
