Review #13: I find the foregoing exchanges quite entertaining. Cigar "experts" are among the most opinionated people on earth, and entitled to it, I suppose. I did enjoy this LE, which had a full, sweet flavor. It is not great, but surely will improve with time. - Submitted by shrink on December 31, 2004

Review #12: An average cigar at best. Starts out very soft and pretty much ends the same way, it has a pretty good tast though. Recommended for a afternoon smoke not to strong. Great for Rookies who just started to smoke. - Submitted by EZ on December 2, 2004Submitted by EZ on December 2, 2004

Review #11: I think I never looked forward with more pleasure to smoke a cigar than this masterpiece. As a rule Romeo’s aroma matches my taste. Furthermore I read some great reviews on the 2003 EL. Besides don’t even get me started on the appearance of this pretty dark, smooth and oily stick. It smells like heaven too. After applauding this cigar over and over again last Friday I felt like smoking this baby. Is it possible to exceed the highest of expectations? …. Yes it is! Great chocolate aroma, full-bodied but not too much power, excellent draw and even burn. I smoked this new friend of mine to the nub or even beyond. My fingers almost ignited. I only have one regret ….. I should have bought more of this marvellous cigar! - Submitted by bonkill on October 21, 2004

Review #10: Smoked my first one 2 days ago. This cigar is simply amazing!! The cigar looks amazing. Great dark color and a nice lenght. And the taste is great also. It's a very full and balanced cigar. Really complex with very strong hints of chocolate. It's very easy to pick this flavor up. The last end of my cigar was a bit hot. Also I had some problems keeping it going. But overall this a great cigar. Because of the problems I had at the final third I am not going to rate this one as the best cigar I ever had. Without the burnproblems it would have been my number one. So maybe the next one. the cohiba siglo 3 is still my reference. But for how long?? - Submitted by actionhost on October 18, 2004

Review #9: What can I say about this cigar? It's truly amazing! I think this is THE best cigar I have smoked so far. It has the looks, the structure, the smell, the taste ... the works! It starts off medium flavored, with a taste of chocolate and a smell of roasted nuts. At about 1/3th the flavor starts building up from medium to full-bodied, yet stays balanced and is never overpowering. Hints of wood and leather start kicking in when you're halfway there. That taste will stay there to the nub! You have to take your time for this one, it took me a little over 2,5 hours to finish. But what an awesome cigar. And it's relatively inexpensive. Take the RyJ Churchill for example, a great cigar. In my humble opinion however, the Hermoso is simply better. In The Netherlands, the Churchill sells for €13,60; the Hermoso costs only €10,20! The only reason I don't give it the full 5 stars is that there must always be the possibility of improvement. But if one cigar is worth it ... - Submitted by bolivar on October 18, 2004
