Review #23: Hola. This is my favourite cigar. I discovered this year the Gigantes and I find them a very good smoke, for almost two hours, maybe best smoke of 2006. Nice alone, in the aftermeal with a drop of good spirit, truly to enjoy all the sensations this giant is able to give you. Not too mild, not too strong. All good Habano flavours are there. - Submitted by olisiponense on November 9, 2006

Review #22: This was my first Allones and my first double corona.Excellent construction and burn.A mild sweetnes with lots of Cuban tobacco flavor. It did give me quite a buzz by the time it was done. That could be due to the fact I usually don't smoke cigars larger than a robusto.I have some RASS in my humi and will probaly enjoy the more. This was just too much cigar for me. - Submitted by afuentelover on July 12, 2006

Review #21: I have never smoked the RAG!! Believe it! Why would I buy these over the LUS, HOYO DCR, BOL GIG, Please could you tell, since I buy only these LRG vitolas. I want to know what RAG offers me!! - Submitted by peppersdog on May 28, 2006

Review #20: When a sample of these was sent I really did'nt expect much. Ramon Allones is a fine brand but a little too subdued for my tastes. WOW! What a surprise! The Gigante is tops. And this over several other prominent Cuban Double Coronas. VERY well made. Nice oily wrap, even burn, fine grey ash and a splendid multitude of flavors. And oh yeah.....the last third packed a real wallop. An Allones Gigante, 15 years old was recently given a 100 rating in a top cigar mag. The ones I recently smoked don't have far to go! - Submitted by jlcccm on May 20, 2006

Review #19: I agree totally with reviewer 18 not the powerhouse one would expect. A good burn but frankly got a bit boring. A good solid burn and draw but not enough to it to rate higher then a 3 1/2. - Submitted by jimcanada on April 7, 2006
