Review #18: JAN 00 PVC, I am guessing the es00 on the box is enero de nueve 2000? What a great smoke. I love the mild spice a little bit of sweet grass? People complain about grassy and I don't think it's that. The spice factor in some cigars ( boo to partagas, and SLR is spicy good IMO)can be disagreeable, but this was a well balanced flavor w/ many comforting tones of rare spice flavor, never overbearing. Great construction out of the four smoked. Love the bigger ring gauge and am glad to have enjoyed them so thoroughly (before they go out of production?). Awesome smokes for early day!!! - Submitted by gombie on October 19, 2008

Review #17: --- 01 I don't know what the heck reviewer 13 was smoking, but it wasn't a PBP. I find these to be noticeably milder than the PP, but sometimes a gorda for morning coffee and paper on the deck is what the doc calls for. This stick fits that bill. - Submitted by ilgallo on September 26, 2008

Review #16: JUL 00 This is the first box of almost vintage cigars I have added to my collection. This is a very smooth cigar but the years have taken much of the power from it. There was some serious construction issue as these cigars were rolled to tight. This has become a very mild cigar. - Submitted by Mr T on August 12, 2008

Review #15: APR 01 Juat received a box from 1001...First punch Cuban..Firm draw and a litttle bland for the first half inch. After that, excellent overall, lots honey and wood. Glad I have 24 more to go... - Submitted by chrismez on July 30, 2008

Review #14: Good-Bye to good friend. Well the last one from the old 01 box has just left this world. What an exit. As much as I like the Punch Punch this seems to give a little more. It burns perfectly. A classic slow burn Havana. Great strength and wonderful flavor. I shall miss these guys. - Submitted by mrniceguy on April 29, 2008
