Review #122: This is my new personal favorite. I got a three pack just to see what all the noise was about. A beutiful cigar with great construction and a effortless draw. I wanted to eat the thing as i gingerly made my way to the 2/3.A nutty woddy and a hint friut was amazing. I just ordered up my first box and already making plans on the second one becuase i cant kid myself they're not gonna make it. - Submitted by meatman2580 on May 30, 2008

Review #121: This cigar is almost perfect...almost without any flaw.I personally wouldn't mind if i had to smoke only this cigar for the rest of my life. - Submitted by kamaz on May 26, 2008

Review #120: Here we look att an excellent cigar! Well filled with a perfect construction. Is this Monte overrated. Not in my opinion! My box date is 06. I guess they need at least four more years in the humi. But then my friends…… So far I have smoked only four of them. I was very disappointed with the first one 6 months ago. Nothing happened and it was harsh but not strong. I say no more about that one. My second Edmundo, smoked just after X-mas, told med that there was something coming. Smooth, even creamy start, but with some more edges to cut. The third one was absolutely telling me that this was a real treasure. More complex than any Monte I have smoked. Here it comes was my thought…. Lots of taste and not that harsh start as the first one I had. I couldn´t help myself today. I opened my box just to enjoy my “friends” sleep. I grabbed one and got out. Sat in the sun and was amazed that this cigar already deliver that pleasure you need so much. It´s a mouthful one with a fantastic draw. Beautiful and with a perfect construction. Already filled with wood, earth, spice and leather. But remember, they are just half way to the top in my 2006 box. Still too young. Need some more finesse. I´m really looking forward to follow my Edmundos on their way to the top. And I believe that they will be highly rated in just some more years. If they live until their 10th birthday they will be the real glory of Cuba, best of the best. Gods speed. (My rating: what they are today and what I belive them to become) - Submitted by poppe on April 25, 2008
