Review #18: My first cuban was a magnum 46 and I fell in love with H. Upmann. Now, after ten of these beauties, I cannot say enough about this cigar. Perfect burn, ample smoke, and flavor that changes with every 1/2" but retains that Upmann taste. Do yourself a favor and try this cigar. - Submitted by nfulton on January 25, 2006

Review #17: Just cracked an 03 box. Starts off smooth, fresh, and mellow but not boring at all. Builds steadily to rich and complex about half way through. After that, I kept insisting to myself that it couldn't possibly get any better after every puff... and after every puff it just kept making me a liar. By about three quarters of the way through, I was getting a cool, rich, spicy smoke that was so thick I swear I could almost bite it. By the end, it was only dignity that kept me from fetching a pair of nose pliars and using it as a roach clip. - Submitted by greg258 on September 9, 2005

Review #16: The H. Upmann Sir Winston and the Cohiba Esplendidos are supposed to be the best churchills money can buy. And after smoking the former I can certainly confirm it for that one! Awesome, awesome cigar! A churchill is always a very pleasant appearance. It’s truly there! And the Sir Winston enhances that presence by a flawless, first class wrapper. Perfect. It’s draw is very tight, but it lights up without problems and has a good burn (but some problems past midways). It’s taste is very complex, smooth and extremely subtle. It’s very woody, has some vanilla in it and spice comes and goes. Other tastes are difficult to identify, but it cannot be compared with anything else I’ve ever smoked. It’s a unique smoke, a one of a kind experience! - Submitted by Bolivar on July 18, 2005

Review #15: I find that the word that describes this smoke the best for me is refined. Maybe not the strength of the Cohiba Esp but certainly matches it in refinement. Great burn and simply a joy to smoke. - Submitted by jimcanada on March 18, 2005

Review #14: I thought it was an ok smoke. Fairly flavorful. The wife says it smelled good. Smells spicy so will try again. - Submitted by naturiz on January 17, 2005
