Review #6: They have the squared off press that only long term aging can produce. The flavors and aromas are unreal, this is what smoking Cuban cigars is all about. Flavors give this cigar the unmistakable HUpmann flavors we all seek and search for. - Submitted by big yesta on September 29, 2004

Review #5: En tubo, these are VERY first-rate from 1998 and 1999. Subtle and rich at the same time, already at six years old, there is that fine 'musty' taste throughout the flavor body. - Submitted by jdrabinski on July 19, 2004

Review #4: I had smoked once a H. Upmann without paying attention to its type. Years later I smoked a piramide without paying attention to the brand at all. So, being an absolute amateur I bought 2 of the tubed version before heading to a nice hide away on Mexico's pacific coast. The first afternoon I was sitting on my thatched roof cabaņa terrace and lighted the first one. I noted an earthy mild taste. This first one went off about 5 times. When trying not to let it go off by puffing it a little hot, I noted a spicy flavor. It didn't work anyway, so later I just let it turn off. It comes back on right away with just holding the end a little above the flame. I still had the nice flavor in my mouth, even after dinner. The next evening I smoked the second one, which only went off once. Each of 'em presented a 2 1/2 hours of relaxing pleasure, which will make me try defenitely more H. Upmanns. - Submitted by Karsten on June 13, 2004

Review #3: Nearly as good as Sir Winston I reviewed earlier. A great cigar with perfect drawing and subtle notes (tubed version) - Submitted by parzog on April 12, 2004

Review #2: I smoked this cigar on Sat. It was nice. Not as strong as I was expecting, but strong enough. The aroma made me smile and the draw was perfect, for me. I liked this cigar, but don't know if i'll buy a box. I'll have to smoke one more to commit. I still have a Bolivar, Cohiba and an El Ray del Mundo to smoke and all are churchills. Overall: very well made, good draw, pleasant smelling aroma and tasty. - Submitted by chilli on October 20, 2003
