Partagas Partagas de Partagas No. 1 Review:

Some changes have been made since this habano first saw light. It used to be strong with earthy tobacco taste and recent production has positioned it as a little bit milder with a minimum ageing recommended of at least three years.

Review #18: --- 01 Wonderful full body cigar after 13 years.Excellent draw and burning.A lot of rich smoke full of spices. - Submitted by kyriakos on November 16, 2014

Review #17: DEC 00 Wonderful cigar, the wrapper on mine are quite dark btw. - Submitted by paul watson on April 10, 2014

Review #16: DEC 98 A Classic Partagas - simply delicious. Buttery toast on earth base, with alluring spice. Brilliant Partagas of old! - Submitted by BonVivant on December 18, 2013

Review #15: --- 00 I really like Partagas and it took a lot of willpower not to smoke through this box! I tested a stick every New Years Eve! To be honest I am looking forward to the end of this month. They are ready Hints of leather, cocoa, a bit of sweetness and spice, makes for one dynamite cigar! While it looks like the wrapper never darkened I'm sure it must have, just not to the maddy darkness! On mine at least! This box was well worth the wait, I wouldn't mind picking up a few more 06's (last year) and holding them for a few decades.. How unfortunate this is a discontinue! Probally to make way for the obese Cuban of late! - Submitted by sparky on December 2, 2010

Review #14: ---   I found this to be too mild with not much complexity and depth of flavour. There was a typical Partagas flavour profile, but it just wasn't coming through. - Submitted by Kangaroo495 on March 29, 2010
