I just got this last week. I couldn’t wait to try it. The first inch starts off with leather and pepper and a lovely aroma of caramel. The second phase was smoother and less peppery. Flavors of caramel with a slight sweetness come to life and in the last phase, the leather returns and ends with a creamy finish. More smoke would have given it a higher rating for overall experience and the fact that it required relighting, although the environment and my style of smoking could have contributed rather than just the cigar. Από τις πρώτες κιόλας ρουφηξιές γεύεσαι κάτι φρέσκο, σαν πινελιές δροσερής χλωρίδας, που κρατάνε ως το τέλος. Στη συνέχεια, εμπλουτίζονται με γευστικότατη κρέμα βανίλιας και ελαφρά πικάντικα κέδρα. Η ισορροπία είναι αξιοθαύμαστη, ραφινάτη και επαναλαμβανόμενη, δίχως να γίνεται κουραστική. Η συνταγή, επιτυχημένη. Αυτή η πανάλαφρη Dalia, καπνίζεται σαν γλειφιτζούρι, ακόμα και ολόφρεσκη. Στο χαλαρό. APR 06 Purchased a box of ten back in 2006 for aging. They looked so good, I just had to try one now. Absolutely perfect construction, providing billows of wonderful aromatic smoke. The flavor rivaled any Cuban I had previously tried; creamy nuts with an earthy overtone. MAY 01 There's nothing more to say about this 898. I'm so lucky to get an aged box of 2001 and enjoyed for 6-7 sticks mostly in late night. FEB 07 Well constructed in a rugged way. Nice saddle leather pre-light aroma. Lots of creamy peppery smoke in this medium/full cigar.
