Review #28: A shop in Geneva had those cigars on offer and ordered 5 to try them out. Constructionwise they are flawless. The wrapper is oily, dark and smooth. Lights easily and does not overheat. Ample amounts of thick smoke from the first puffs. The tastes are discreet, elegant and not harsh. They have the definite Cuban taste and rise to a steady, slow crescendo of taste at the middle of the second third. Floral woody tastes, dry leaves, spring smells, fine leather, green pepper. Middle has tinges of dark cherries, cinammon and leather. Final third gets a bit harsh. Overall a nice, if light for my own taste, cigar, which is excellently priced. I havent tried out the cabinet version, I am sure they would be better than the box pressed ones. Give them a try. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on October 28, 2005

Review #27: I've had two Choix SUpreme's in my humidor for a couple of months now, and, mostly because I've never smoked an ERdM, I couldn't resist any longer. To the eye, this is a very nice cigar. A dark, oily wrapper with only minor veins. Although it's well-filled, the draw of this cigar is a bit loose. Despite the loose draw, it's burn was slow: took me an hour and a half to finish. A respectable time for a cigar of this size. The construction was also very good: it produced two nice cones of ash and only two corrections near the end were necessary. Overall, the cigar is light-bodied and to medium-flavored. A very positive aspect was the smoke it produced: creamy and a lot, just the way I like it! In detail, it can best be described in thirds. The first third is very, very light and simple. Some wood and leather are present, but that's about it. The first half hour I certainly was not impressed. In the second third, the flavor builds up. Wood and leather become more present and Some peppery spice comes in. In the last third, it takes it up another notch. The sweetness of vanilla and nuts begin to dominate, with the leather and wood more to the background. In this phase, it get's the complexity I want to find in a good cigar. If the whole cigar was like this, I would certainly rank it in my Top 5. But unfortunately it wasn't. A good cigar, no doubt, but not a great one. - Submitted by Bolivar on October 8, 2005

Review #26: A very good surprise for this usual outsider, really pleasant smoke! - Submitted by dee_m on August 1, 2005

Review #25: Great construction, smooth wrapper. Reminds me of a RASS. The draw was perfect with lots of thick creamy smoke. Had flavors of vanilla/cream and pepper, creating a very smooth taste. Some hints of rye with a salty aftertaste. Simply a magnificent cigar which I highly recommend. - Submitted by Lemon on July 8, 2005

Review #24: I couldn\'t wait so I had the first from a fresh box, INL Oct. 2004, one week in the \'dor after receipt. Yes, it tasted young, but the promise of what is to come was unmistakable. I tasted coffee, leather and soil, but very smooth. Prior to this one, the last I had was 2 yrs old, and I will be holding the majority of these for a repeat of that very special experience. - Submitted by Moglman on May 21, 2005
