Review #55: I have read that Diplomatico was introduced as a cheaper version of Montecristo. In my limited experience of smoking both of these cigars, I would pick the Diplomatico, especially the No. 2. I find this cigar to be mild, yet bursting with a fullness of flavor. The size is just right for me but I smoked it outside, which always seems to make a cigar burn faster. The next time I get a hold of one I will smoke it inside and imagine it would last longer than the 45 minutes it lasted outside. - Submitted by lvancourt on July 17, 2007

Review #54: I've never had a Diplomatico before but thought I'd try this one. It's aroma is very nice so I thought why not try this one. The construction was horrible. The wrapper fell aprat as I was smoking it. Had to throw it out. Box date was September 2006. Will try again but stay away from any that are 06 box date. - Submitted by cigar are good on June 13, 2007

Review #53: This was a beautiful cigar from start to finish. Excellent construction and great burn. This was the first cigar of the day as I went from mildest to strongest. I can't think of a better cigar to start the day. The aromas and flavours are wonderful. Smooth. Balanced. I have already bought a box based on such a great experience with my introduction to Diplomaticos. - Submitted by cookj1 on May 25, 2007

Review #52: Great cigar. Excellent craftsmenship shown in the entire box. Strong flavors throughout and a wonderful aroma. When I was not drawing on the cigar I was smelling it. Draw did start tight but after 1/2 inch it was spot on. - Submitted by jpdunn on February 12, 2007

Review #51: This torpedo in my opinion, is the best kept secret of all Cubans. With a little aging, this cigar develops into a flavorful masterpiece. - Submitted by seand on January 15, 2007
