Review #14: I bit the bullet and sprung for a box of these beauties (OCT03 code). Naturally I had to try one the same day they arrived! From the start you could tell it was pure Cohiba--plenty of grassy Cohiba flavors. Then, as it got further down it seemed to develop an "earthiness." The burn and smoke volume was great. All in all--one hell of a nice cigar! Worth it? Not sure--I love my RA Gigantes too but will certainly be looking forward to trying another one of these once they settle a bit. - Submitted by Shooter on November 3, 2004

Review #13: Taste is a very subjective thing. I have a box of these big bad boys and I have tried them on 4 occasions and I must say that I find this piece to be excessive. It’s too much of everything it lacks elegance it’s overwhelmingly powerful, not in the sense that your throat is left burning but that your senses are left overwhelmed. It also does not feel or taste likes a Cuban cigar, it’s sort of like a Dominican on steroids. - Submitted by Margaux83 on October 20, 2004

Review #12: Just smoked the first one out of my new box and it was MMM-MMM good. I am going to age most of them but it will be HARD to keep my hands off them. One of the best I've smoked. The last half was unbelievable. - Submitted by unknown on September 24, 2004

Review #11: Having a special occasion? Wondering which cigar to smoke? The answer is simple. This one!!! I have not been the biggest fan of the EL's,with the exception of the Hoyo Piramide. However, this one rocked my world. A huge cigar that requires almost 2 hours of your undivided attention. Expensive? Yes. But worth trying for anyone who loves cigars. I'm anxious to try these with more age on them. - Submitted by CoolBurn on August 29, 2004

Review #10: Got my hands on 5 of these after reading the reviews posted here. Smoked one. The other 4 will stay in my humidor and will be smoked only on the most special occasions!!! Believe what you read here in these reviews. This cigar is balanced, smooth, and full of flavor. There are subtle similarities to the siglo IV but the LE is more elegant and refined. Can be smoked all the way down to the fingers without a hint of harshness. If you're lucky enough to get any of these, pay the price!!!!! - Submitted by Palmetto mike on August 27, 2004
