La Flor de Cano Preferidos Review:

This La Flor de Cano is a very mild cigar. Hints of sweet floral and herbaceous flavours are perfectly balanced with a mild tobacco taste, resulting in very similar characteristics to those of Petit Coronas of the same brand. The minimum ageing recommended for this cigar is at least two years.

Review #14: In truth I bought these little cigars to fill one oh my boxes...However, with a bit of aging (4 years) these have not been all that bad... I have always heard great things about the short churchills in this brand so I figure I would give La Flor De Cano a shot. - Submitted by pshamrock on April 20, 2008

Review #13: Puro del 98.Inicio con tonos amargos, amaderados, vegetales y con mucho regaliz.Mas adelante leves toques cremosos. Por el precio simbolico de 1 € un buen purito. Ninguna relacion con el petit corona. - Submitted by rafa on April 1, 2008

Review #12: This is not a value Cuban cigar. A value Cuban is R&J Coronitas En Cetro or Partagas petite corona especial or even Por larranaga Panatella's cigar We have a name for these in the U.S we call them drug store dog rockets. These are not even worth in mho a dime. Ugly as sin and no flavor at all. A Macanudo has more flavor than this. I understand that sometimes we need to budget but you can get cigars that are way better for just a few bucks more. I got a five pack free from my supplier when I purchased a box of HDM petit robustos so at least I didn't pay for this sorry excuse of a Cuban cigar. - Submitted by sticksmoker on March 23, 2008

Review #11: I just picked up an aged box from 99' which was - for all intents and purposes - flavorless. The only discernible flavors I could pick up from this cigar were vegital. There was a small amount of ceder as well but it was totally negligible. I am not sure if age was unkind to this cigar or if I just got a box of duds but it is certainly not worth the money. - Submitted by guyderue on February 22, 2008

Review #10: Tried one of these this afternoon whilst out on a short walk. Firstly, cost all of $AU3.00 kind courtesy of daughter's duty free purchase in Geneva. Secondly, she was informed the cigars (5X5) were Jan 1999 vintage, and this was confirmed by imprint on inside lid of cardboard outer. Not the greatest of cigars, but great value for money. Somewhat rough appearance, but a good draw. Mild to medium body, with herbaceous notes, and that Cuban taste, which was not pronounced, but still there. Have got another 24 to smoke, so will see how they settle down in the humidor. Hopefully they will gain something from the air they share with stronger cigars. Who knows, does this happen? - Submitted by pacman on October 21, 2007
