La Flor de Cano Selectos Review:
Mild tobacco taste combined with subtle hints of floral and herbal flavours. These cigars burn slowly but slightly unevenly for an hour. A tangy taste can be also noticed, which is always nice. The minimum ageing recommended for this cigar is at least three years.

Review #20: A great bargain on todays market. In my opinion a typical Cuban. Cheap but quite interesting anyway. Not incredibly complex but tasty and flavorful. A fine every day cigar! Boxcode CBNOSU - Submitted by Eduard on June 17, 2008
Review #19: This was a surprisingly good cigar. It is inexpensive and unfortunately I categorized it before smoking it as a "cheapie." However, the flavours were impressive. I had no problems with the draw or construction. It was a little loose in the last 1/3rd, but in general it wasn't badly rolled for a machine-made cigar. The Selectos displayed excellent characteristics. This cigar had some good age on it (six years). It displayed good balance between a subtle sweetness and earthy notes. I didn't find this as mild as other reviewers and certainly needs an experienced pallette to detect the subtleties. A beginner may like this cigar because it is cheaper and there is nothing to lose, but an experienced smoker should enjoy it for its enjoyable flavours. Excellent aroma. One of the best Cuban machine-mades that I've had. - Submitted by cookj1 on May 8, 2008
Review #18: Smoked my first one today. Even tough I smoked it to fast and ruthless so it got to bitter and strong at the last 1/3 it was still a pleasant experience. These have some nice floral flavours, and a bit of strength with that tobacco taste, some sweetness, not to exciting but still good. It was an easy smoked one, not near hard rolled or bad constructed really. Its hand made, short filler, the one I got. I doubt they will have to many problems with getting smoke out of them or anything else. All in all the price says Im going to buy a box when the time is right. - Submitted by Nume on March 23, 2008
Review #17: I smoked one of these cigars from an April 2003 Box, which has been nicely kept in a walk-in humidor at the perfect temperature and humidity. Pretty decent construction and even burn. Mild flavour with sweet notes. Same intensity of flavour all through out the smoke. Recommended cigar for beginners or those who prefer the mild choice. - Submitted by juanka on March 12, 2008
Review #16: Now Habanos is making these as short-filler hand made cigars. I have tried some of this (both MM and HM)and the biggest issue is the construction, which is unconsistent (had one plugged all the way, others with poor draw). That said, I still like this cigar because of the La Flor del Cano blend, which is unique among other cuban brands. It is very sweet, smooth and with an aroma that even my wife that hates cigars enjoyed. If the construction is alright the cigar is an excellent value for those who want to try different experiences than the more usual top quality brands. - Submitted by titobueno76 on December 19, 2007
