Review #14: A pleasant smoke. I had one from 2003 last week. It was very mild and smooth, with a little spicy and dark chocolate flavour. A good fine smoke in the afternoon with a cup of coffee. Yet I find it too mild for a hand-made Cuban. - Submitted by Stephen on April 4, 2005

Review #13: My first cuban and still one of my favourites. Appearance OK with good draw and burn... mild and mellow sweet leathery flavours with good complexity from begining to end. Always room in my humidor for these stogies. - Submitted by skid11 on February 27, 2005

Review #12: Unique mareva. Sorry, willisoften, my friend, but I didn't find the resemblance with the Monte 4. The box which I am now smoking, from March 2003, is very smooth, in the Connoisseur No. 1 way, very complex, with sweet cocoa and vainilla flavors that evolve to a slightly woody-leathery last third. The construction is not perfect, but not bad at all. - Submitted by Estrella on February 8, 2005

Review #11: Just smoked my first petite corona box code ECANOV02 from the Cayman islands. Flavors and aromas identicle to the connesseur of this year production. Classic cuban twang includes espresso, chocolate, vanilla, and black cherry. You can cut your cost in half from the cost of the Conneseur #1, however i would not be without the Conneseur #1 especially from the 02 production runs. Just ordered 4 more boxes from the Cayman islands. - Submitted by BIGYESTA on January 11, 2005

Review #10: This is how I went with this one (in "thirds" as always) - 1/3: light sweet and spice. Mellow but occasionally v/light harshness at the end of a draw 2/3: light sweet gone with only a light spice remaining. Aforementioned occasional v/light harshness at the end of a draw gone. 3/3: still light spice with a medium spice coming in and out Comments: not a bad smoke. Leaves no “heavy” cigar aftertaste in the mouth. Sometimes a bit too sweet. - Submitted by Deen on October 22, 2004
