Review #22: When the Rafael Gonzalez Panetelas have good draw and burn, they are great. Unfortunately I have had many that have been very tight and so it's hard to tell. I think they will just have to sit longer.
I have based my score on those that burned perfect. - Submitted by Lemon on December 11, 2006
Review #21: I have tried a few Cuban cigars and I was really impressed with how enjoyable this cigar was. For the price you can't go wrong. I usually smoke a little big bigger ring size, but it didn't matter with this one. A tasty aroma while smoking it, nice flavor, and even burn. I admit I haven't been smoking premium cigars for years, but I have had my share of "Aficionado" rated smokes and have a good idea of an all around good cigar and this beats some of the pricier ones. A note, a Rafael Gonzalez cigar got a 90 in the latest issue of Cigar Aficionado- so this company is doing something right. - Submitted by deitrich on August 10, 2006

Review #19: To review # 18, they're hand made. Cheaper in price, less kick than bolivar #3, but still hand made. - Submitted by baho on October 18, 2005
Review #18: If i'am not mistaken, these cigars are machine rolled...got a box very cheap when i purchased a few box's of some bigger name's. These are a very enjoyable smoke, good flavor perfect burn, a perfect smoke for after lunch if you have the time. - Submitted by johnnysmoke on October 14, 2005
