Great cigar, milder then Monte2 and Partagas2. Definitelly one of the best choice. I bought a box in Partagas store in Habana by 181.00. Excellent flavoures and aromas, maybe it will be better with age. Box date sept/2010. - Submitted by zambotto on April 5, 2011

--- Hands down, I have to say this is one of my favorite cigars. The minute you look and smell this stick, you know you're in for a real treat. With it's deep dark wrapper and it's chocolate and sea salt aromas,the cigar is not even burning and it's announcing itself as a unique smoke. I remember the day I bought these cigars. I was in La Casa del Habano store in Varadero (one of the best places to buy stogies in Cuba) and I was looking for something new. I asked the lady there for something like P2's or Monte's 2. She brought me a box of Vegas Robaina Unicos and said "The best tobacco". The cigars are in fact amazing. These dense piramides are packed with flavor from start to finish! The minute you light them, your mouth is litterally invaded with earthy and animal aromas, from leather to wet autumn leaves, the taste is out of the ordinary. Every puff leaves you satisfied. The pull is great, the burn is even and the ash stays there forever. After the first third, you start to get some freshly grounded coffee taste... It really kicks in near the middle and blends perfectly with the chocolate dimension already present. What a smoke! Rustic would be the best adjective to describe these cigars as they are powerful and well balanced. If you don't know them but are a fan of cigars, you have to get some of these babies in your humidor. --- I tried my first Unicos yesterday afternoon from a newly purchased box. It was a beautiful smoke. Definitely more mild than the Monte 2 but had its own unique characteristics. A real good big stick to enjoy with some 12yr. old scotch. - Submitted by jdelrizzo on July 27, 2010
