Review #6: I just smoked one of these, and they are great! Made me think of an san Cristobal de la habana El Principe. Great cigar, not to strong, not to light, and a taste that sticks. Definitely worth a try. - Submitted by Patton on December 4, 2005

Review #5: Was given three of these little beauties! Not overly full-flavored, but a decent burn and very solid white ash makes for an aesthetic cigar experience. All were difficult to cut yet never unravelled, much to my surprise. No sweetness in the flavour and were even slightly bitter / tarry into the last third. However it\'s never overpowering and the underlying Habana taste remains until the final puff. - Submitted by XBO on August 9, 2005

Review #4: Certainy does put the Monte 5 to shame. A medium flavour smoke that goes wonderfully with your morning coffee or if you haven't much time for a lunchtime smoke. Coffee, nuts, cinnamon and some grassy tobacco notes. very enjoyable and cool to the very nub. A lot more reliable than the Monte 5 and not as harsh. - Submitted by A. Dyer on February 26, 2005

Review #3: What a nice franciscano! Was my very firs SP ever tried. This one with its solid and still wellburning great construction made my day. The ashtray is needet only two times, because the ligthgray ash is hanging and hanging. Cool smokes tho the nub, toothpics no need. 40+ mins flavourful pleasure. Monte#5 will be shamed. - Submitted by rookie on March 17, 2004

Review #2: These offer a distinct, strong, hard and salty tobacco flavour that goes well with light lagers. I like them a great deal but some people do find them harsh. Despite the strong flavours they are light to medium bodied and have a light finish - so a good after lunch cigar that won't linger and spoil your evening meal. The only difficulty with the Bachilleres is supply. I've seen them offered as boxes (mostly in France and Spain) but never as singles and I think you'd be wise to sample before investing in a full box. They're not to everybodies taste. - Submitted by willisoften on February 20, 2004
