Review #7: Agreed with reviewer "beaver". One of the best from R&J. Nice balance cigar, medium body and dense smoke. Whitish ash and great draw. Nice construction with short cap. Taste earthy with mild peppery finish. I can smoke these babies all days. - Submitted by mef on November 28, 2006

Review #6: excellant cigar straight out of the box, i must say its one of the best ryj's i've had in a long while. this is a must have for anybody who loves cigars - Submitted by MR_MINIWHEAT on November 22, 2006

Review #5: A cigar which pleases the eye. Well constructed with a shiny smooth wrapper. The tubos version is perfectly round. The box pressed one, less so. The prelit aromas are pleasing, with notes of fresh grass and hints of vanilla. It starts off slowly, the first third is very light but the smoker should not be disappointed. The second third reveals this cigar's potential, with tastes of vanilla, fresh coffee, spice and this is followed at the final third by tastes of light leather, green pepper and hints of amber. In other words, this is a cigar to be aged for 3 years. After this period, it will be a real gem, a proud representative of the new generation of Habanos. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on November 22, 2006

Review #4: Smoked two in Buenos Aires last weekend. These young Robustos had beautiful wrapper and perfect construction, with strong pre light aroma of wood and leather. The draw and burn were simply perfect. The full bodied flavors sometimes reminded the Partagás D4. As a regular smoker of Ramon Allones and Epicure #2, I think the Short Churchill is most powerful and not so refined. However, I´m sure it will become a CLASSIC after two or three years in the humidor. Strongly recommended for the cuban lovers. - Submitted by Tocha on November 22, 2006

Review #3: I was initially skeptical of this offering, thinking it was a marketing ploy, but a couple of samples have me convinced. This cigar is more than just a Julieta "mini-me"! It is fuller-bodied and more flavorful than the venerable Romeo Churchill, with a complex palate of sweet and tangy fruit, nuts and spice. It has plenty of tannins and a somewhat peppery finish, that bode well for future development. I bought some more singles to sample from time to time, and a box of tubos to put away. - Submitted by shrink on November 22, 2006
