Now this is a perfect example of a cigar that transforms into something magical with age. I bought a box of 10, smoked 8 within the first two months. I would have rated it average at the time. I decided to age the 2 that were left in the hope that they would have more to give. I lit one up this afternoon after 11 months of aging in my humidor. WOW! I was blown away. The flavour was rich and memorable. The smell of the lit cigar was gorgeous. An even burn throughout with a smooth draw of gray/blue smoke. Brilliant cigar with an earthy wood taste. Review #113: I tired to smoke one of two Short Churchills I own. This one was immeasurably tighter than the other and would not draw at all. It was clear from the most cursory inspection that it would not draw - terrible quality control. Very disappointing. - Submitted by moidoid on July 6, 2009
