Review #107: JUN 08 Definitely quite unique and very enjoyable. One of the best. The most complex petit corona made. Unique caramel overtone on the flavor. Phenomenal taste, good balance, very pleasant aroma. The taste wass bit spicy, combination of earthiness and sweets spices. Very pleasantly. Construction and burn are excellent. Highly recommend it. - Submitted by Polos on October 22, 2010

Review #106: SEP 04 Tightly rolled and rather bland. Disappointing. - Submitted by Bassman on July 5, 2010

Review #105: ---   Had a single cigar from JJ Fox. A decent smoke, from time to time toast and coffee notes however construction was slightly lacking and it had a tight draw. I wouldn't buy a box of these. 6/10 - Submitted by rooster on April 28, 2010

Review #104: SEP 08 From a cab of 50 I managed to get at a bargain price. This one has a massive dent in it as the ribbon must have been applied too tightly. Has a light brown almost milk coffee coloured wrapper which was toothy and a little rough. Prelit aromas were a little light. At the start, delicate flavours of sweet cedar, cocoa bean and fresh cut grass. If you concentrate you may be able to detect some honey notes. Gentle spice and creamy textured smoke which is not harsh at all. Progressing further some bitter chocolate flavours and some earthy taste but the honey now becomes more pronouced. It becomes drier and the sweet cedar is now woody. Also the body increases to be more medium bodied. Come the final third and the leather resonates but the flavours become a little dull and monotonous. Burns reasonably slow and very even with good draw. I actually quite like this cigar as I found it quite balanced and elegant, albeit a little tannic towards the end. However, made the mistake of smoking a Punch DC prior to this which did not help with its already delicate flavours. Now let's see what some age will do to it. - Submitted by sengjc on April 3, 2010

Review #103: JAN 08 its late on a friday night and im in a small corner esta lishment called kanau in japan. a por parranaga petit corona catches my eye in the walk in humidor.i sit down at a small wooden table, listening to some nice jazz and light up.ive been wanting to try this cigar for some time.the construction is quite nice if not a little soft for quite a reasonably priced smoke.its from a 2009 box so i wasnt sure what to expect. it starts of light and soon delivers copious amounts of pepper and leather.this follows through to the half.the smokes hits a quiet moment, then some floral hints start to appear along with the pepper and leather.the burn isnt the greatest as i had to relight it a couple of times after the second half. the draw is excellent for the first half and became a bit tight on the second half.this is a nice smoke and worth investing in a cab of 50,especially considering the price.i would call it an afternoon smoke but would nicely as a daily smoker. i do prefer milder smokes pre noon. - Submitted by treeheights on January 15, 2010
