Review #72: NOV 07 Really enjoyable cigar, a sweetness with hints of carmel and earth, medium full body. I really should leave these alone as they seem to have good potential with strength and balance to improve with age. - Submitted by randallp on July 25, 2008

Review #71: I am so glad I finally got the opportunity to smoke this fine Cuban. With the exception of this year's Por Larranaga Edition Limitada, I really wasn't a huge fan of the brand. The Petite Corona has changed my opinion. It is exceptional. Fantastic aromas and flavours. I found it more full flavoured the medium. It has the famous Por Larranaga sweetness but some burnt leather made me think of smelling a new baseball glove. Some spice gave it the twang I seek in Cubans. A loose but good draw. Good burn. This will be added to my collection in the near future. - Submitted by cookj1 on June 30, 2008

Review #70: Box Dates not revealed to me, but they are probably recent 2007 stocks shipped @ Swiss. On my second cabinet and I can't really say enough about how much I appreciate the consistancy, construction, and flavor. Burnt caramel, angel-food cake, full bodied yet light: not mild. It's just so balanced and not adulturated by nonsense spices or overbearingly tiresome tones founded in other brands. Probably should rate it an 11. I am tired of qualitative inconsistencies and old tastes of certain brands. This is my new staple. - Submitted by gombie on June 14, 2008

Review #69: A fantastic mareva. If I had to pick my desert island cigars these would be: 1) San Cristobal de la Muralla vs. Partagas Lusitanias. 2)Por Larranaga petit coronas (standing alone in second place) 3)Partagas serie D no. 4 vs. San Cristobal La Punta - Submitted by danielidis on May 21, 2008

Review #68: Just ordered 10 of these from a Nov07 cabinet and smoked one right out of the box. Although I'm typically a partagas / Upmann moker, this is really quite a pleasing little cigar that lasted a solid 45 minutes - perfect for unwinding after work. A little mild for my taste and somewhat hard to keep lit towards the end, but worthwhile all the same with a nice aftertaste. The predominating flavor is definitely sweet, especially in the second and third tier - whether its brown sugar, caramel, or something else, I'm not sure - but definitely not a "typical" cuban flavor (if there is such a thing!). Really quite refreshing and recommended if you can find them! - Submitted by Goldenberg on April 16, 2008
