Review #22: What can I say...wonderful! Strong and delicious, full of flavors, excellent burning. It\'s one of my best! - Submitted by altazar on March 30, 2005

Review #21: Even my wife could taste the cocoa! Pace yourself, it's a powerhouse, but in pacing search out the dark side;jerked cedar, black pepper, and a sweet kiss of licorice tipped with a bright ash. Be afraid. - Submitted by Barry in Calgary on January 19, 2005

Review #20: Its hard to believe anyone could have anything else but superlative compliments for this beauty of a smoke. Spent the good part of half a year sourcing for a box and finally found one in a quiet retail store in Geneva. Stored at 65% for almost 4 years, the cigars are beautifully boxed pressed and begging to be smoked. The wait was worth it...this is an AMAZING smoke. First third is reminescent of a mature Lusi (though a tad less complex) and this slowly develops into a deep and sweet smoke, balanced by a tinge of bitterness from the dark and oily maduro wrapper. The long lingering finish left a smile on our faces for hours after...all-in-all, simply magnificent! - Submitted by la habanos chino on November 25, 2004

Review #19: I got one of these at my local store (in Toronto) to see if I might get some more, further the store was offering a 20% discount so it seemed like a deal: Anyhow, with all the good ratings on this site how could I miss! Unfortunately, the Partagas Serie D No. 3 LE 2001 was a disappointment. The smoke was rough, strong and a trifle acrid for my taste. It burnt unevenely and just seemed to lack any real distinction, as one might expect from such a distiguished brand. I had a similar problem with Partagas Lusitanias recently, but that was my fault, as one reviewer pointed out, for smoking them too young - they were from a box dated 2004! - Submitted by jjme on September 25, 2004

Review #18: I love this cigar. It has a wonderful flavor before lighting, it draws evenly with voluminous smoke, and it leaves a pleasant taste afterwards. - Submitted by cristobal on September 10, 2004
