Review #5: --- 11 I have smoked just a single that has been resting in my humidor for half a year. Beautiful to look at with a shiny maduro wrapper. The beginning is delicious, medium bodied and bitter-sweet, slightly acid (in a good way). It progresses to a fuller and earthier smoke and the sweetness tones down gradually. In a way a nice cigar, stronger and more bitter than a normal Hoyo, but also nice. I had some burning issues, with the filler burning faster than wrapper (this might have improved with more time in the humidor, or just construction issue, who knows). - Submitted by titobueno76 on January 30, 2013

Review #4: SEP 11 Quite a nice stick. Possesses the standard Hoyo de Monterrey flavours mixed in with chocolate you expect from an LE. This is quite a sweet cigar just under medium bodied. These are still quite young and while smoking well now could do with a couple of years to refine the flavours a little more. - Submitted by jamesheroes on October 25, 2012

Review #3: MAY 11 I have now had four of these from a box of ten. The first back in March ended with a slight ash taste spoiling the overall effect but with a little more time in the humidor those since have been great. The cold draw has been good with a little resistance and once lit producing copious amounts of smoke and a razor sharp burn. These never get near strong producing a gentle gradually improving and evolving complexity through the cigar. Smoked until my fingers were warm with no trace of bitterness from the last three cigars. Definitely the mildest selection from my humodors but a great relaxing smoke none-the-less. - Submitted by HughieT on October 18, 2012

Review #2: MAY 11 Just excellent! Smooth, mellow summery daytime smoke, fairly mild but complex. Hoyo at its best? - Submitted by cjarman on September 25, 2012
