Review #9: This cigar starts smooth and elegant, then grabs you by the throat and smacks you upside the head. I've smoked almost ten, construction on every one has been incredible. This is the strongest cigar I've ever smoked, DO NOT smoke on an empty stomach. Not the most complex I've ever had, but undoubtedly one of the best. This is what cigars are all about, and what the Padron 1926 and Opus lines (which I love) and want to be. Incredible. - Submitted by tomhowzer on January 27, 2004

Review #8: Wonderful and elegant cigar. The first Cohiba to be marketed with the new golden band. Perfect size, full bodied, superb combustion. Oily maduro wrapper. Wide range of flavors: coffee, cocoa, pepper with a subtile note of musk. However, the last third is probably a bit too strong. For example, the Cohiba Esplendidos are better balanced. Nonetheless, this vitola is exellent. - Submitted by Epicurien on December 12, 2003

Review #7: i smoked this one right after delivery, which may be reflected in my scoring. the taste was light and simple, draw was clogged and there was very little smoke. i suspect the stick was too humid after shipment. still high hopes. - Submitted by JD on November 26, 2003

Review #6: My friend and I split a box of these becasuse they were so expensive. However when I was down to my last one all I could think of was what a bargain I got. Professional...How Its done. - Submitted by Ronny Detroit on November 7, 2003

Review #5: This is one outstanding cigar. I have smoked 3 boxes so far and have not had a bad cigar yet. The trouble with smoking this cigar is that you are not going to want to go back to your regular cigars. The construction, draw, and taste of this cigar is nothing sort of fabulous. Get a box even if you have to mortgage the house and sell the wife and kids. You won't be disappointed. - Submitted by Ed J on October 23, 2003
