Review #144: JAN 07 Hi rhakzo. you might find this a bit too large of a cigar to start on, a mareva or corona would probably be a more suitable size. although it might be wise to buy a box and let it age, and by the time its had a couple of years you may be able to move up to smoking these. And if you are getting a box, try get one from the H.Upmann factory, el laguito's are often criticised for being rolled too tight. - Submitted by antonius on July 14, 2008

Review #143: bought a box of these and i must say i am very happy, great cigar well made great aroma both lit and unlit nice draw good burn and white ash perfect cant go wrong with these..lots of rich creamy smoke just the way i like them..but for $71.00 each you would want them perfect dont you think - Submitted by godfather on July 12, 2008

Review #142: JUL 08 Hi everybody! I am new in this world. Is the Coiba Espledidos a good selection to start in this world? Thank you for your commentes!! - Submitted by rhakzo on July 2, 2008

Review #141: JUN 08 I just received a few Cohiba Esplendidos. I uisually smoke maduro maduro Rothchilds(Punch). These Cohiba are really good. A longer smoke than I'm used to but very good. The box is marked 35 Aniversario Cohiba as well as the bands but I don't see these as an offering from Cohiba? Any comments? - Submitted by O'Neil on June 15, 2008

Review #140: --- 07 Awesome! 10 Points for taste! 8 for combustion. 10 Points for look and feel. Similar to the taste of a Cohiba Robusto with loads of Cohibas typical flavours and increasing power towards the end. I have to say that I like Cohibas with beer! Don't get me wrong - i don't want to devaluate a cigar like this by combining it with such a "simple" beverage like beer. But in my opinion the sputtering and hoppy taste of a good beer marry well with the rich, roasty and sparkling aromas of a good Cohiba. - Submitted by Fidelito on June 2, 2008
