MAR 99 This was a nice surprice. I will buy another cabinet of 25. Mine was from March 99 UTCC. The cigars were different from all otherCubans I have smoked before. The had a remarkable sweetnes from the filler tobacco and a nice spicy taste. Ginger was a note through all the cigars. Again a very nice cigar! - Submitted by cigarman74 on May 31, 2009

«Πράσινο» όπως το δαχτυλίδι του πούρο, ανοίγει ένα μπουκέτο από ολόφρεσκες μυρουδιές και γεύσεις του δάσους. Καπνίζοντας το, έχεις την εντύπωση, (περισσότερο από κάθε άλλο Veguero), πως οσμίζεσαι και ρουφάς μαντζούνια και βότανα. Η αίσθηση του φρεσκοπριονισμένου ξύλου είναι ιδιαίτερα εμφανής, μαζί με διακριτές πινελιές από κακάο και κάποιο μπαχαρικό ανάμεσα στο μοσχοκάρυδο και την κανέλλα. Μετά το πρώτο 3ο όλα αυτά συνοδεύονται και από μια ελαφριά σταθερή δόση μενθόλης, που δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει ποτέ, (το τέλος είναι λίγο πικρό). Είναι ένα πούρο αρωματικό, ευχάριστο και ιδιαίτερο, που αξίζει να δοκιμάσει κανείς. - Submitted by cipu on April 6, 2009

I agree with no. 7. This orginally struck me as an old school Cuban. Strangely, the taste seemed to get milder until the last third ,when the strength kicked in again. JUN 01 This is my favorite cigar in the mornings. I find the body to be mild while the flavors develop hugely. This is, above all, a dependably peculiar-tasting cigar. I think you either love it or hate it when you smoke one. It's completely unlike any other cigar I have ever tasted - I could identify it blindfolded by smell or taste. I have found at different moments the flavors of flowers, onions, garlic, leather, green peppers, woods, and damp earth mixed into a melange which always merits my full attention. I no longer offer these to my guests - because it breaks my heart to watch one discarded after the first few puffs. Like I said, people love 'em or hate 'em. So I just keep mine to myself and enjoy them deliciously. If there were such a thing as a flavored cigar that was any good, this cigar might be called "Barbeque-Flavored". Amazingly for its tiny ring size, I've always found the No. 2 has an easy draw with huge and satisfying smoke volume. Construction is first-class, the wrapper is thick and oily but burns evenly leaving a dark-gray ash, a delighted smile on my face and a lingering aftertaste begging me to light up another. - Submitted by cpubiz on August 7, 2008
